Access is granted immediately after successful payment
Subscription access is tied to the email or account used at purchase

4.3 Lifetime Plans

“Lifetime” refers to the lifetime of the product or service, not the lifetime of the user or company.

5. No Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our services and instant access to proprietary content, signals, Telegram groups, and software:

6. Telegram Access

Guarantee challenge success
Guarantee funding approval
Represent or affiliate officially with any prop firm unless explicitly stated

All prop firm rules, conditions, and evaluations remain under the control of the respective prop firm.

All content, including but not limited to:

Analysis
Software
Branding
Logos
Website content
Telegram content

is the intellectual property of SetupFX Success.

You may not:

Copy
Resell
Redistribute
Share
Reproduce

any content without written permission.

Unauthorized use may result in account termination and legal action.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

We are not liable for any losses, damages, or missed profits
We are not responsible for trading outcomes
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service

You use our services entirely at your own risk.
